... One of the highlights was our discussion on addressing the high claims ratio for electric vehicles using design thinking tools. Although I am not an expert in motor vehicle sector, this experience provided valuable lessons for me to share my viewpoints from a risk and underwriting perspective. My teammates from different companies contributed innovative insights, re-defined the real issues, and developed new strategies. It was a fantastic opportunity to collaborate and generate innovative ideas for the time being. ...
